Client Support Officer (OA)

The Client Support Officers reported to the Customer Services Manager within the Information Systems Management Division of the Department of Internal Affairs. My specialist responsibility was for the "marketing" of the Complete Electronic Office (CEO) office automation product, and for general client liaison.

Restructuring of the Department's IT services, mainly the consolidation of the Parliamentary On-Line Information group and ISMD resulted in the disestablishment of the Client Support Officer position. I was retained in the role of Network Administrator.
